Used APDL in the ANSYS create involute helical gears three-dimensional finite element model and tooth-root bending stress analysis procedures;the foundation of normal surface pressure angle 20° and modification coefficient 0,researching the basic parameters of helical involute helical gear influence on bending stress based on the finite element method, the results comparing with the test shows the accuracy of the finite element method; gear bending press stress suffered more than the tensile stress; bending stress values smaller than the result of the traditional formula calculate.%在ANSYS软件中采用APDL( ANSYS参数化设计语言)建立渐开线斜齿轮三维有限元模型和齿根弯曲应力分析程序;在规定斜齿轮法面压力角αn=20°与变位系数x=0的基础上,通过有限元方法研究斜齿轮基本参数对渐开线斜齿轮弯曲应力的影响,并通过实验验证了有限元方法的正确性;得出齿轮所受的弯曲压应力大于拉应力;通过有限元方法得到的弯曲应力值比传统公式计算的值要小.
