多目标规划的RoHS符合性优化研究

摘要

When products are exported to the developed countries,they must comply with RoHS directive that limits the content of harmful substances. Some measures and methods are required enterprises to be established to reduce the pressures. However,considering products' RoHS compliance,enterprises not only abide by law,but take the price,credit,demand,performance and other more objective factors into account. After in-depth study suggested a multi-objective planning optimization model with RoHS compliance, and described a kind of multi-objective solutions which are simple,feasible. In short it's very important for enterprises to answer RoHS compliance.%企业产品出口到发达国家必须符合各国RoHS指令中的有害物质限定规定,这迫使企业建立自身的应对措施和体系,然而企业在考虑产品符合RoHS时不仅仅是法律法规问题,而且还需要顾及到产品的价格、信誉、需求和性能等多目标因素.在深入研究后提出一种RoHS符合性多目标规划优化模型,并且有针对性地总结出一种解决方案,方法简单,操作性强,对企业应对各国RoHS法规有重要运用和参考价值.
