PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check both of whether or not to include "prohibitive expression" and whether or not to include "necessary items" on the basis of data such as an explanation content or the like to customers in business talks and business activities.SOLUTION: A compliance check system includes: a text analysis unit 210 that performs natural language analysis processing for text data obtained by texting a content of respective speeches of a sales person 410 and outputting them as analyzed text information 203; a similarity calculation unit 220 that calculates similarity of the analyzed text information 203 related to the speeches, to first text data predefined in necessary item information 221 and, when the similarity exceeds a predetermined value, determines that the target necessary items are explained in the target speeches; and a keyword matching unit 230 that, when there are something matching second data predefined in prohibitive expression information 232, determines that the prohibitive expression is described in the target speeches.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
