PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compliance readiness check support system, compliance readiness check support method and compliance readiness check data structure for supporting checking of readiness to comply with laws.;SOLUTION: A compliance management server 20 includes a control unit 21, a law theme table data storage unit 23, and a law checklist data storage unit 24. In the law theme table data storage unit 23, common law theme table data is recorded. In the law checklist data storage unit 24, law checklist data for risk level evaluation and checking of readiness implemented to comply laws with respect to businesses and products of each group company is recorded. Upon acquiring law revision or abolition data, the control unit 21 updates the common law theme table data and the law checklist data according to a revision or abolition classification name of the law revision or abolition data.
