方向机刚柔耦合动力学仿真研究

         

摘要

Based on the theories of multi-body contact and flexible body dynamics, considering the coupled influence of meshing impact and flexible vibrations of shafts, bearings and gearbox, the rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototypes of traversing gearbox are established. For the worst loads situation, the influence of flexible body vibration to meshing force is analyzed. The results indicate that, considering of the influence of flexible body, the impact force is reduced clearly at the beginning, and then the meshing force of coupled model is larger than the multi-body model. These researches have important significance for the dynamic optimization design and fatigue life prediction of traversing gearbox.%以多体接触理论和刚柔耦合动力学理论为基础,综合考虑方向机齿轮啮合冲击与传动轴、轴承及箱体弹性振动的耦合作用,建立方向机刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型.针对其在最恶劣调炮工况下的激励对方向机动态响应进行仿真,分析柔性体的弹性振动对齿轮啮合力的影响.结果表明:考虑柔性体后初始啮合冲击力下降明显,稳定后刚柔耦合模型的啮合力振动幅值显著大于多刚体模型.研究工作对方向机动载工况下的优化设计有着重要的意义.
