采用DSP2812的扫掠力监测样本采集系统集成方法的研究

     

摘要

Based on the DSP2812 (Digital Signal Processor, DSP) user board ICETEK-DSP2812-A, an extended six-channel AD chip ADS8364 and an extended RAM IS61LV51216-10 which storage is 512k are added to the user board. In addition,six-channel signal conditioning circuit and optical trigger circuit are built for the purpose of acquiring the wheels' speed and the wheelscan force in the real condition with flexible monitoring strategy, and offerring a mean to inqury the law how the speed factor affects the wheel-scan force's steady value.%以数字信号处理器DSP2812用户开发板为基础,在板外扩展六通道的AD采样芯片ADS8364和512k的RAM芯片IS61LV51216-10,搭建六通道的信号调理电路及光电触发电路,结合灵活的监测策略,以求满足货车超偏载监测现场对货车行驶速度和轮载扫掠力的监测,为探究速度因子对轮载扫掠力稳态值的影响规律提供一种解决手段.
