The glass service offered by client was measured in three coordinates dimensions, the HP technology was used to obtain colophony prototype of the specimen. The model core of mould' s roughcast was made using gesso mould and colophony prototype, using roughcast's wooden model with a middle hole to molding,can rapidly achieve glass mould' s roughcast. The mould' s electric spark machining electrode' s colophony prototype was made using RP technology. Using ZrO2 molten mould foundry technology and finite element simulation technology, in order to simulate the model shell' s baking process, using this method can optimize technical scheme of model shell' s baking process and provide gist for electrode' s preparation. Using upper technology can a-chieve rapid making of glass mould.%对客户提供的玻璃器皿样品尺寸进行三坐标测量,利用 RP 技术可制得样品的树脂原型,利用石膏模和树脂原型制备模具毛坯的型芯,采用中空的毛坯木模来造型,可快速得到玻璃模具的毛坯;利用 RP 技术可制得模具电火花加工电极的树脂原型,利用ZrO2熔模铸造技术及有限元模拟技术,对型壳的焙烧过程进行模拟,优化型壳焙烧工艺方案,为电极的制备提供了依据.采用以上工艺,可实现玻璃模具的快速制造.
