PURPOSE:To plan the optimum program moreover, while drastically shortening the time required for calculation processing, by having a processing device, which processes an initial material requirements planning processing data or a partially corrected material requirements planning processing data, and the memory which stores data on a calculator system. CONSTITUTION:The judgement as to whether or not an initial set processing 210 is performed when system is started. Processing is migrated to an input and output scope display/process 220 immediately, because material requirements planning(MRP) processing data are input to a main memory or semiconductor disc device ordinarily. In the input and output scope display/process 220 data are changed with correction on an input and output processing scope. In the case of the data being judged as being corrected and changed by a judgement process 240, MRP arithmetic process 250 is performed and the arithmetic result state is displayed. Also, in the case of a changing place being judged to be the attribute data of an item, main attribute data are renewed by an attribute changing process 270.
