A coupled electric-magnet-mechanic finite element model for giant magnetostrictive material actuator is proposed. The finite element model is realized by step. The magnet field is calculated firstly,and then the magnet-mechanic coupled field is calculated. The model is calculated by three parts in COMSOL Multiphysics 3.4. The model is used for giant magnetostrictive material component property calculation. The simulation is agreed with experiment. The proposed model could be used for GMM design.%提出了超磁致伸缩材料(Giant Magnetostrictive Material,GMM)执行器的电-磁-机三场耦合分步有限元模型.此模型采用分步方法来建立,首先计算线圈的磁场,然后计算GMM中磁-机耦合场.通过COMSOL Muhiphysics 3.4软件中的三个模块来实现所建模型.最后运用此有限元模型对GMM智能构件进行性能分析,得到的仿真结果与实验结果吻合,说明提出的有限元模型有利于GMM应用设计.
