非轴对称表面数控车削技术研究

         

摘要

为了提高非轴对称表面零件加工的质量和效率,对实现该类零件加工的方法进行了研究,提出了一种快速高精度加工非轴对称表面的数控车削方法。设计了数控车削系统的结构,快速刀具进给伺服机构( Fast Tool Sevvo ,FTS)采用基于自抗扰控制的直线电动机系统。数控系统采用多轴运动控制器( Programmable Multi-Axis Controller,PMAC)的时基控制法,实现刀具驱动进给和工件旋转的协调控制,完成该型零件的自动车削。结果表明该型零件的加工精度和加工效率得到了提高。%To improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing the non-rotationally symmetric surface ,the machining methods of such part had been studied .A fast high-precision NC turning system was presented .The structure of this system was designed . Fast Tool Servo ( FTS) system applied a voice coil motor based on active disturbance rejection control .The time-base method of Programmable Multi-Axis Controller ( PMAC) was used as numerical control system to synchronize the tool feeding and the work -piece rotation and complete the automatic turning .The results show that the accuracy and processing efficiency of this type machi -ning has been improved .
