基于制造资源的复杂箱体零件可制造性评价

     

摘要

在复杂箱体零件设计阶段,为实现基于制造资源的箱体零件可制造性评价,首先构建一定环境下的制造资源模型。然后利用箱体零件模型信息与制造资源模型信息之间的关系建立零件评价规则。最后以零件制造特征为桥梁,判断该零件整体可制造性以及在各道工序中的可制造性,筛选出符合要求的加工设备。基于层次分析法理论构建设备优选算法,择优选择候选加工设备,辅助箱体零件工艺设计。%In the complex box part design stage ,for the realization of the box manufacturability evaluation based on manufacturing resource,the manufacturing resource model was constructed .Through the relationship between the box part and manufacturing re-source information ,the part evaluation rules which related to manufacturing features were built to evaluate the box part manufac -turability in each process and screen machines that met the requirements ;preferred algorithm of the machines based on the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) was established to choose the best candidate machine .This method can help design process of the box parts .
