In the traditional automobile theory areas ,researching on the suspension system and vehicle vibration model ,the sus-pension mass is regarded as rigid body ,neglected its flexibility .This model error leads to analysis result and vehicle experiments different .Based on stiffness distribution method ,a new calculation method distributed torsional stiffness from the body torsional ri-gidity to quarter-body is designed,and obtained the linear stiffness of quarter-body.This theory is applied to optimize the vehicle vibration model .%在传统汽车理论的范畴内对悬架系统或车辆振动模型进行研究的过程中,通常将簧载质量视为刚体,忽略其柔性,这种模型误差导致分析结果与实车试验出现偏差。通过“刚度分配法”得到一种将车身扭转刚度向四分之一车身分配的计算方法,同时提出一种可用于反映四分之一车身刚度情况的线刚度计算方法,理论可延伸至优化车身单质量振动模型或车身与车轮两自由度振动模型。
