挤出沉积成型人工牙槽骨工艺的实验性研究

     

摘要

The defect bone tissue repair using pneumatic precision extrusion deposition fabrication system to achieve which hasprecise unique advantages in the fabrication of three -dimensional porous scaffolds with precise structure and complex micro -spores.Hydroxyapatite (HAP)and Sodium Alginate (SA)possesses satisfying biocompatibility,biodegradability and mechanicalproperties.And it is widely used in the regeneration and renovation of bone tissue .The purpose of this experiment is to have aperfect appearance and porous structure of the alveolar bone ,it is influencing factors were analyzed and discussed by forming ex -periments,it has certain reference value in the in-depth study.%将挤出沉积成型技术应用于缺损骨组织修复,具有在制备结构精密、微孔复杂的三维多孔骨组织上的独特优势。羟基磷灰石( HAP)和海藻酸钠( SA)因具备良好的生物相容性、可降解性和力学性能而被广泛应用于骨组织的修复和替换中。将两者相结合以得到具有良好外观形貌和孔隙结构的牙槽骨为目的,通过成型实验对其影响因素做了分析与探讨。对后期技术的深入研究具有一定的参考意义。
