一种冲裁级进模冲压力及压力中心的自动计算方法

摘要

Due to the low calculation efficiency and high error rate about pressure and pressure center of stamping progressive die,the secondary development of AutoCAD is realized by the technology of Visual Basic for Applications ( VBA) .It can calcu-late the pressure and pressure center of cutting edges with complex shapes automatically.Therefore,the efficiency of progressive die design is improved significantly.%针对冲裁级进模冲压力及压力中心计算效率低、容易出错的问题，运用VBA技术对AutoCAD软件进行了二次开发，实现了任意复杂形状冲裁刃口的冲压力及压力中心的自动计算，显著提高了级进模的设计效率。
