介电弹性体双腔无阀微泵数值仿真分析

         

摘要

介电弹性体是具有大变形的智能材料,利用其特殊性能研制了介电弹性体双腔三振子无阀微泵,并用FLUENT软件进行三维仿真,得到了不同进口速度条件下的压力分布图、密度分布图、速度矢量图以及速度迹线图.由上述各图可得出以下结论:速度较大的流体对微泵产生的压力越大;微泵内流体的密度与速度大小无直接关系;流道的横截面积越小,速度越大;速度对迹线的影响不大.%Dielectric elastomer is a smart material which has great deformation performance ,by using its special performance ,a di-electric elastomer valveless micropump with double chambers and three simple harmonic oscillators was prepared .Using the three-dimensional simulation of FLUENT software ,the charts of pressure ,density,velocity vector and velocity path line were acquired . The conclusions are as follows from the comparison charts:the fluid with high velocity will generate more pressure to micropump , the density of fluid in micropump has no direct connection to fluid velocity ,the velocity is higher in passageway where cross sectional area is smaller ,and the velocity has little influence on path line .
