参芪扶正注射液联合甲地孕酮对晚期癌症患者生存质量的影响

摘要

Objective It is to observe the influence of megestrol acetate dispersahle tablets combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on quality of life in advanced cancer patients. Methods 90 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. Of these patients, 44 cases in control group were treated with routine and supportive methods, another 46 cases in treatment group were treated with routine and supportive methods combined with megestrol acetate dispersable tahlets and Shenqi Fuzheng injection. Life qualities of these patients were evaluated using the QOL scale ( QLQ - C30 ) and Karnofsky Performance Status ( KPS ) before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group, in treatment group, the symptoms of lassitude , nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite were improved, the whole QOL was increased, the socially and Somatic function were enhanced, but economic is difficulty. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with megestrol acetate dispersable tablets can improve life qulity of patients with advanced cancer, but the financial burden of patients is increased.%目的 观察参芪扶正注射液联合甲地孕酮对晚期癌症患者生活质量的影响.方法 将90例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组,对照组44例给予对症及支持治疗,治疗组46例在对照组的基础上应用参芪扶正注射液和醋酸甲地孕酮分散片.采用生活质量问卷(QLQ-C30)中文版和卡氏功能量表(KPS)于治疗前和治疗后测查2次,评定2组患者的生活质量状况及其影响因素.结果 与对照组比较,治疗组患者疲乏、恶心和呕吐及食欲丧失明显改善,整体生活质量提高,社会功能、躯体功能和疼痛均得到改善,但感觉经济困难.结论 参芪扶正注射液联合甲地孕酮可以改善晚期癌症患者的生活质量,但增加了患者的经济负担.
