家庭病床高血压患者实施中医养生指导和健康宣教干预的临床观察

摘要

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of management interventions and health education TCM guidance for family bed hypertensive patients. Methods 100 family beds hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group ( 50 cases in each group ), and control group were took the system management of hypertension and conventional medication management, intervention group based on the TCM guidance and health education. The condition of patients in the two groups before and after intervention was observed. Results The rate of blood pressure control, hypertension knowledge awareness, TCM guidance awareness and treatment compliance were significantly improved in intervention group, and there were significant differences compared with control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Implementation of TCM guidance and health education intervention hypertensive patients in community family bed can effectively control blood pressure of hypertensive patients, popularize knowledge hypertension and TCM guidance, improve adherence of intervention, so it be worth for clinical application.%目的 观察家庭病床高血压患者管理中实施中医养生指导干预和健康宣教的临床疗效.方法 100例家庭病床高血压患者随机分为对照组和干预组(各50例),对照组采取高血压系统管理和常规用药管理,干预组在此基础上再进行中医养生指导和健康宣教.12个月后观察2组干预前后高血压患者情况.结果 干预组高血压患者对血压控制率、高血压知识知晓率、中医养生知晓率、治疗依从性显著提高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05).结论 在社区家庭病床高血压患者实施中医养生指导和健康宣教干预,能有效控制高血压患者的血压,普及高血压知识和中医养生知识,提高干预的依从性,值得在社区的临床中推广应用.
