通窍活血汤加减对缺血性脑卒中患者 NO 及tNOS、iNOS 含量的影响

Objective It is to study the curative effect and its mechanism of Tongqiao Huoluo Huatan Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular stroke patients who suffered from hypertention , hyperlipemia or diabetes called three high .Methods 104 cases of cerebral ischemic stroke patients with typical "three high"syndromes were randomly divided into 2 groups, the experimental group (n=50) was treated with Tongqiao Huoluo Huatan Zhuyu decoction and the control group ( n=54 ) was treated with conventional therapy , the levels of serum NO and NOS were determined before and after treatment in both groups.Results The content of NO significantly increased after treatment in both groups (P<0.01), that of tNOS obvi-ously increased (P<0.05), while that of iNOS obviously decreased (P<0.05);after treatment, the content of NO in exper-imental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the contents of tNOS and iNOS in both groups .Conclusion Tongqiao HuoluoHuatan Zhuyu decoction can obviously change the contents of serum NO , tNOS and iNOS of ischemic stroke patients with three high syndromes , improve the clinical symptoms , it is worthy promoting in clinic .%目的：研究通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤治疗具有三高的缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及作用机制，为临床用药提供依据。方法将具有三高表现的缺血性脑卒中患者104例随机分为2组，实验组50例给予通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤治疗，对照组54例给予常规治疗，检测2组治疗前后血清一氧化氮（ NO）和一氧化氮合成酶（ NOS）的水平。结果2组治疗后NO含量均显著升高（P均＜0．01），tNOS含量明显升高（P＜0．05），iNOS明显降低（P＜0．05）；治疗后实验组NO含量明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），而tNOS和iNOS含量2组比较均无显著性差异。结论通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤治疗具有三高的缺血性脑卒中患者，能明显改变血清NO、tNOS和iNOS的含量，改善临床症状，值得推广应用。
