Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule combined with XELOX in the treat -ment of advanced digestive tract cancer and its influence on serum tumor markers and T lymphocyte subsets. Met hods 104 ca-ses of advanced digestive tract cancer were randomly divided into the observation group (52 cases) and the control group (52 cases), the control group was treated with XELOX chemotherapy regimen , 14 days for 1 cycles, the observation group was given Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule on the basis of the control group;the two groups were treated for 4 cycles.The curative effect of two groups and the changes of serum tumor markers and T lymphocyte subsets were observed before and after treatment .Re-sults The curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of hemoglobin (Hb), serum albumin(ALB), arm triceps skinfold thickness (TSF), upper arm circumference (MAC) and arm muscle circumference (MAMC) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05);the quality of life scale for cancer patients (QOL) score was better than that of control group (P<0.05), the serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), alpha fetoprotein (AFP), high molecular glycoprotein CA50 and CA19-9 levels were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05); the levels of CD3 +, CD4+and CD4 +/CD8 +in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05), the level of CD8 +was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclu-sion Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule combined with XELOX chemotherapy regimen can significantly improve the curative effect , re-duce toxic side effects of drugs , improve nutritional status and quality of life , and effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers, regulating the balance of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with advanced digestive tract cancer .%目的 观察养正消积胶囊联合XELOX治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的疗效及对血清肿瘤标记物及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法 将104例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤随机分为观察组(52例)及对照组(52例),2组均给予XELOX化疗方案,14 d为1个周期,治疗4个周期;观察组在此基础上给予养正消积胶囊治疗.观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血清肿瘤标记物及T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况.结果 观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、上臂肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂围(MAC)、上臂肌围(MAMC)均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),癌症患者生活质量测定量表(QOL)评分状态显著优于对照组(P均<0.05),血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、高分子糖蛋白CA50及CA19-9水平均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+C/D8+水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),而CD8+水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 养正消积胶囊联合XELOX化疗方案治疗能够显著提高化疗疗效,减轻药物毒副作用,改善营养状态及生活质量,并有效降低血清肿瘤标记物水平,调节T淋巴细胞亚群的平衡,值得临床推荐.
