活血通脉汤联合西医治疗瘀阻脉络证下肢血栓性浅静脉炎慢性期疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察活血通脉汤联合西医治疗瘀阻脉络证下肢血栓性浅静脉炎慢性期的临床效果.方法 将80例瘀阻脉络证下肢血栓性浅静脉炎慢性期患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例.对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予活血通脉汤治疗,观察2组治疗效果、用药安全性及治疗前后临床症状体征评分、血液流变学变化情况.结果 治疗1个疗程后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后各项临床症状体征评分、各项血液流变学指标水平均显著低于对照组(P均＜0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 活血通脉汤联合西医治疗瘀阻脉络证下肢血栓性浅静脉炎慢性期的临床疗效确切,可显著改善临床症状体征及血液流变学,且安全可靠.%Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine therapy on lower limb chronic stage superficial thrombophlebitis of collaterals stasis type.Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic stage superficial thrombophlebitis of collaterals stasis type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine therapy,the observation group was given Huoxue Tongmai decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.The treatment effect,drug safety and the changes of clinical symptoms and signs scores,hemarheologic indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results After one course of treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05);The clinical signs and symptoms scores,the levels of hemarheologic indexes were significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine therapy has definite clinical curative effect on chronic stage superficial thrombophlebitis of collaterals stasis type,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and blood rheology with good safety and reliability.
