The immediate causes for the increasing instability of Sino-U.S.relations are the narrowing gap in national strength between the two.While continuing their respective internal changes,both China and the U.S.will try to influence each other.They will seek to expand bilateral strategic cooperation and play strategic games,aiming to reduce risks but not antagonize the other side.
