社区医院反复发作性假丝酵母菌感染性阴道炎药敏及耐药情况分析

摘要

目的：分析反复发作性假丝酵母菌感染性阴道炎药敏及耐药情况。方法收集反复发作性阴道炎患者标本100例，用科玛嘉假丝酵母菌显色培养基作菌种鉴定，对其中60株白假丝酵母菌用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验，对药敏结果进行对比分析。结果60株白假丝酵母菌对咪康唑、酮康唑和氟康唑敏感率分别为36．7％、56．1％和80％。结论重视假丝酵母菌的耐药检测及药敏分析和菌种培养鉴定，合理利用抗生素，减少耐药株产生。%Objective To analyse drug susceptibility and drug resistance in recurrent vaginal Candida albi-cans.Methods 100 strains of Candida albicans from VVC patients were collected and identified by CHROM agar. The drug resistance of 60 strains of Candida albicans was detected by disk diffusion method.Results The sensitive rates of 60 strains with Candida albicans to miconazole, ketoconazole and fluconazole were 36.7%、56.1% and 80%.Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence and resistance of nosocomial Candida infection, the drug resist-ance tests, drug susceptibility analysis and strains culture and identification should be attached with greater impor-tance, and antibiotics should be rationally used.
