BP-PID控制方法在变量施肥控制系统中的应用

     

摘要

为了提高肥料的利用率,尽可能地减少化肥对环境造成的污染,设计研制了一种变量施肥控制系统.该系统由GPS接收机、车载计算机、闭环控制器、直流伺服电机、机械式无级变速器组成.采用了BP-PID的控制算法,对BP-PID的控制器进行研究,利用Matlab软件对系统进行仿真并进行了田间试验,试验结果表明:神经网络PID控制策略提高了变量施肥控制系统的跟踪性能和抗干扰性能,施肥精度较高,可以实现变量施肥,为下一步的改进和精度的提高奠定了基础.%In order to improve the utilization rate of fertilizer) as far as possible to reduce fertilizer pollution to the environment, a kind of control system of variable rate fertilizer was designed. The system consisted of GPS receiver, on-board computer, closed-loop controller, DC servo motor and mechanical CVT. The BP-PID control algorithm was used to study the BP-PID controller. The MATLAB software was used to simulate the system and field test. The test results show that the neural network PID control strategy improved the variable fertilization control system tracking performance, anti-jamming performance and high precision. To achieve the purpose of variable rate fertilization, laying a foundation to the next step for the improvement and precision improvement.
