系统的开发采用B/S和C/S相结合的混合方式，采用大型数据库Oracle10i作为后台。数据管理、系统配置等教务处使用的管理功能使用C/S 模式以提高数据处理效率，学生网上评教、教师查询结果等大批量用户访问的模块采用B/S模式以提高系统的易用性与可操作性，发挥了这2种模式各自的长处。系统增加支持智能设备，扩展了传统评价系统的相关课程，丰富了系统的统计分析成果，提出了各业务系统的对接方案。%A hybrid mode of combining B/S with C/S was adopted in the system development. A large database Oracle10i is taken as the background. The C/S mode is used to realize the management functions applied to the Office of Teaching Affairs and improve the efficiency of data processing. The module B/S mode is used for the teaching evaluation of students and result query of teachers to improve the system's usability and operability. The support function for smart devices is added in the sys-tem. The related curriculum of traditional evaluation system is extended. The statistical analysis results are enriched. The docking scheme of each business system is presented.
