基于SCR催化的步进电机系统设计

         

摘要

我国大气污染状况十分严重,氮氧化物是形成酸雨、雾霾、光化学烟雾的重要成因之一,其中以汽车尾气污染最为严重,为减少尾气污染的持续恶化,提出一种基于SCR催化的步进电机系统。该系统是一个涵盖了步进电机,热电偶, LED屏幕以及SCR催化的多领域复合系统。利用热电偶温度传感器采集温度信号控制步进电机的转动,电机固定连接的转子外围三个大小深度相同的小孔在转动下导出尿素,尿素经SCR反应加热腔催化生成对大气无害的N2和H2O。%Air pollution is very serious in China. The nitrogen oxide is one of the important causes of the formation of acid rain,haze,photochemical smog,in which the automobile exhaust pollution is the most serious. In order to reduce the continu-ous deterioration of exhaust pollution,a stepping motor system based on the SCR catalysis is proposed in his paper. This system is multi domain system which covers the stepping motor,thermocouple,LED screen and SCR catalysis. A thermocouple tempera-ture sensor is adopted to collect the temperature signal of controlling the stepping motor rotation. The motor rotor’s outer is fixedly connected with three same size hole,which derives urea when they are rotating. Urea generates N2 and H2O which is harmless to the air by SCR heating cavity reaction catalysis.
