地方高师院校提高人才培养质量、坚持内涵式发展的实践探索--以长春师范大学为例

摘要

提升人才培养质量是高等教育内涵式发展的核心，它关乎地方高师院校的生存与发展。本文以长春师范大学为例，从创新人才培养模式、优化学科专业结构、深化质量工程建设、加强教师队伍建设、加强国际合作与交流、健全质量监控体系等六方面阐述了其提高人才培养质量、坚持内涵式发展的实践经验。%Improving the talents training quality is the core of higher education connotation develop-ment,and it is related to the survival and development of the local higher normal colleges.Taking Changchun normal university as an example,this paper clarified the ways to improve the talents train-ing quality and focused on the connotation type development,such as:innovating the mode of talents training,optimizing the discipline structure,deepening the construction of quality project,strengthe-ning the construction of teachers'team and the international cooperation and exchange,and making perfect quality monitoring system.
