高校教学模式创新对学生满意度的影响研究

     

摘要

本文针对“参与互动式”创新型教学模式,参照国际 CSS、SSA、SSI 量表,以吉首大学文化产业管理专业为例,构建教学模式创新对学生满意度影响的测评指标体系,借助层次分析法和熵权法计算各指标的权重及满意度指数。研究表明:增加参与互动式教学环节比重有助于提高学生的总体满意度,设置不同的“理论课程群”有助于提高学生学习自主性及满意度,优化教学评估体系有助于促进师生精力的投入和学生满意度的提升。%This research has taken the cultural industry management of Jishou University as an exam-ple,according to its innovation of “research”teaching model, drawn on the CSS, SSA and SSI scales,having constructed the Evaluation System of the effects of innovative teaching model of students'satisfaction.Then using the AHP and the entropy weight method to Calculate the index weight and the satisfaction of each index.The results indicate that:(1)Students'overall satisfaction on innovative teaching mode is higher,especially for the experimental teaching modules is more satis-fied. (2)The traditional teaching curriculum modules for student satisfaction is in the value of the minimum contribution.(3)The improvement of teaching evaluation system has prompted the increase of teachers teaching investment to enable students to further improve the satisfaction.
