人文精神:大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的内涵及实践条件

     

摘要

当前大学生社会主义核心价值观教育缺失具体表现为:大学生学习目的“务实化”、大学生学习动力“外在化”、大学生学习过程“原子化”。为了促使大学生社会主义核心价值观教育得以落实,应确立起人文精神的内涵:以专业为基础建构大学生的综合知识体系,以对话为方式培养大学生的独立自觉个性,以民生问题为资源培养大学生的社会责任意识。要实现这一内涵,必须改变教育观念,教育目的从培养“人才”转向“完人”塑造;夯实教学质量,教育管理从计量“分数”转向“个性”认定;增强校外力量,教育过程从传授“理论”转向“问题”解决。%The deficiencies of socialist core values education of contemporary college students are that:the “pragmatic”learning goals of college students,the “externality”of college students'learning moti-vation,the “atomization ” of college students' learning process.In order to implemente college students'socialist core values education,the connotation of humanistic spirit should be set up:build-ing college students'integrated knowledge system on the basis of majors,cultivating college students' independent personality through dialogue,and training college students'the awareness of social re-sponsibility by the livelihood issues.In order to realize the connotation,the education idea must be changed,and the education purpose should be turned from cultivating “talents”to shaping “whole person”;the quality of teaching must be strengthen,education management should be turned from measuring “scores”to identifying “personalities”;outside school force must be enhanced,the process of education should be turned from teaching “theories”to solving “problems”.
