教育治理视角的师德建构理论与实践

         

摘要

德性论与规范论是师德建构理论总体分析框架中相辅相成的两个维度,在当前社会转型时期,二者的激烈碰撞致使师德建构中出现了教师价值混乱、知行脱节、主体性丧失等问题.从教育治理的角度来考察师德建构的实践路径,可以突破规范论与德性论的藩篱,切实提高师德建设的质量和效果.%The theory of virtue and the theory of norms are two dimensions in the analysis framework of theory of teacher's ethics construction in both opposite and complementary. In the current period of social transformation, the fierce collision between the two theories causes the confusion of teachers value, the disconnection of knowing and doing, and the loss of subjectivity in the construction of teacher's ethics. From the perspective of educational governance to explore the practice path of teachers ethics construction, can break through the barriers between the theory of norms and the theory of virtue, and effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers' ethics construction.
