高校科技人才创业资本论

摘要

Seed capital,social capital,moral capital and human capital affect university scientific and technological personnel’s Venture. Moral capital is the soul. No virtue no gain;Social capital is built around the moral capital,which is a social network with variety scarce resources;Human capital is the dynamic mechanism of the Venture;Seed capital is starting mechanism of human capital.Moral capital can help build social capital. Moral capital and social capital provide the path to obtain seed capital.Human capital integrate moral capital, social capital and seed capital and make capital dynamic.When four types of capital at a high reserve and coordinate at that time,the success will be ripe.%　　影响高校科技人才创业的资本涉及到种子资本、社会资本、道德资本和人力资本。道德资本是灵魂，厚德者载物，无德者终将不得；社会资本是围绕道德资本这一灵魂而展开的、富含各种稀缺资源的社会化网络；人力资本是创业持续不竭的动力系统；种子资本则是人力资本动力系统的启动机制。道德资本有助于拓建社会资本，道德资本和社会资本为获得种子资本提供了便利，人力资本通过整合道德资本、社会资本和种子资本，从而使资本产生生命力并富有活力。四种资本处于高储备并协调得当时，创业成功便会水到渠成。
