创意人才培育体系研究

摘要

At present building a comprehensive training system is needed in cultivating creative person. This paper summarized the literatures about creative person cultivation.Based on analyzing the law of creativity development it pointed out the feasibility of training creative person.The paper built the creative person cultivation system which mainly consists of three parts:a discipline system includes literature,science, engineering,economics and management,and art disciplines;a curriculum system includes general education courses, required courses, elective courses and practical courses;the three-stage training implementation system contains basic training,internship practice and trying to venture. Finally,based on the realities of China, the paper proposed some practical measures for cultivating creative person.%构建完备的培育体系是现阶段创意人才培养中亟需解决的问题。在创造力开发规律的基础上，构建由文学类、理学类、工学类、经济管理类和艺术类构成的学科体系，由通识教育课程、专业必修课程、专业选修课程和实践课程构成的课程体系，以及包含基础培训、实习实践和尝试创业三阶段的培育实施体系在内的创意人才培育体系。在此基础之上，还依据我国的现实情况，提出创意人才的培育要政府相关部门进行统一规划和部署，构建创意人才培育的科学化、系统化体系，加强创意人才职业培训，高校开发特色创意人才培育专业等建议。
