Higher quality management model has experienced a government-led ,market competition type , business type and overall quality type,the main force driving the evolution are the factors of the politic,economy and education. Focus on performance management ,the introduction of the original assessment ,by the technical means to cultural management,from effective monitoring to institutionalize management is the main trend of the evolution of quality management education.%高等教育质量管理模式经历了政府主导型、市场竞争型、企业经营型和全面质量型，推动其演变的主要动力为政治、经济和教育因素。注重管理模式的绩效化、引入元评估、由技术手段到文化管理、从有效监控到制度化经营是我国高等教育质量管理模式嬗变的主要趋势。
