学术型博士研究生培养模式改革研究述评

摘要

Doctoral training mode has always been a hot topic in the academic circles of our country,at present, scholars generally believe that the development of doctoral education in China needs to shift to the connotative devel-opment,cultivate innovative talents,learn“American mode”to reform the mode of doctoral training in China.Howev-er,the research on the quality structure of the doctor is still in the initial stage,there is little research on the formation of the“American model”and“German model”,the research method used is more descriptive than the empirical study. The above problems of the existing research results are the focus of future research in particular.%博士生培养模式历来是我国学术界研究的热点，目前，学者们普遍认为我国博士生教育亟待转向内涵式发展，培养创新人才，借鉴“美国模式”改革我国博士生培养模式。但是，关于博士学位获得者素质结构的研究还处在起步阶段，关于“美国模式”和“德国模式”形成逻辑的研究缺失，研究方法重描述轻实证。已有研究成果的上述不足是未来相关研究尤其应关注的重点。
