我国中职教师政策价值取向的内隐模型构建

     

摘要

Nowadays,the development of secondary vocational education in China still faces many difficulties. High quality teachers are important to break through the barriers. It is hardly to achieve without the appropriate value orientation of secondary vocational teachers’policies. Through the model building,we identified the change of value orientation of secondary vocational teachers’policies. Then we verified the hypothesis and proposed the appropriate value orientation for secondary vocational teachers’policies.%当前,我国中职教育的内涵发展仍面临诸多困难与障碍,这些困难的解决与障碍的突破需要一支高水平的中职教师队伍,这离不开合理的中职教师政策及其价值取向的指引。通过模型构建,可以发现价值取向变化的机理。在假设的基础上,以模型变量来验证中职教师政策价值取向的变化,提出当前中职教师政策应该体现的价值取向。
