全球视域下应用型高校的治理结构模式

摘要

欧美、台湾地区应用型高校虽同处于资本主义制度的外部环境，然而由于各地的政治经济体制、思想文化传统的不同，其应用型高校的治理结构和管理模式更是不尽相同。全球视域下，我国地方本科高校的应用技术大学战略改革可从行政和学术分权而治、董事会建设、教育立法与大学自治等方面思考、借鉴欧美和台湾地区应用型高校治理的合理成分，以保障可持续发展的外部环境。%Although the applied universities in Europe,America and Taiwan are in the same capitalism,due to being in different political and economical system,cultural background,in fact,they have different governance pat-terns. From global perspective,the reform of applied sciences universities of local undergraduate higher education should pay more attention to the separation of administration and academy,the construction of board of directors,edu-cation legislation and university autonomy,to make sure the healthy external environment for the sustainable develop-ment of local universities.
