治理视域下应用型高校人才培养质量评价主体的角色转型

     

摘要

治理理论作为一种重要的管理理论,倡导建立多元化的治理结构,多方参与管理过程.基于此理论,我国应用型高校人才培养评价主体的三方:政府、高校和市场应当明晰角色,长于协作.以政府角色从管制走向监督,高校平衡自评与被评,市场变附庸为独立三方措施实现应用型高校人才培养质量评价过程 "善治"的终极目标.%As an important management theory of governance theory,it advocated to establish diversified governance structure and participated management process from various aspects.Based on this theory, government, university and market as the main subjects in application-oriented university quality evaluation, should clear their roles and cooperate.The role of government should changes from controlling into supervision, the role of university should balances self-assessment and assessment, the role of market should changes from dependence to independence.Finally, it can achieve good governance in application-oriented university quality evaluation.
