国际视域下的'教育治理':治理、组织与路径

         

摘要

In the exploration of the basic theory and basic approach of"educational governance",domestic and foreign researchers have realized the limitations of"mixed","multi-center governance"and"multi-party"educational governance.Based on the experience of educational governance in the international perspective,we can see that although there are different ways of educational governance reforms in different countries,however,there is a common trend,that is,pluralistic mixed forms of educational governance. In this process,the achievements of educational governance innovation are outstanding,but the problems are equally obvious.It is of great significance to promote the process of modernization of educational governance system in our country by drawing lessons from the foreign educational governance reforms.%在对"教育治理"基础理论和基本路径的探索中,国内外的研究者意识到了"混合式"、"治理多中心模式"和"多方共管"的教育治理方式的局限性.基于国际视域下的教育治理经验,我们看到虽然各国教育治理改革方式迥异,但有一个共同趋向,即呈现为一种"多元混合"式的教育治理形态.在这个过程中,教育治理革新的成就是卓著的,然而存在的问题同样明显.批判地借鉴国外教育治理改革经验,对推进我国教育治理体系现代化进程具有积极意义.
