Under network eduction,the promotion and the use of information technology in education make teaching methods and forms to have great changes.Teachers should adapt to these changes through changing their roles.Teachers should make professional development through active learning and using network technology.Government and schools should also provide necessary technological supports to meet the needs of teachers’professional development under network education.%网络教育背景下,教育信息技术手段的推广和运用,使教学手段和形式发生了巨大变化,教师应当通过自身角色的转变适应这些变化,并积极学习和利用网络技术进行专业发展.政府和学校也应当针对网络教育背景下教师专业发展的新需要提供必要的技术支持.
