国民性的塑造:教育与分工

     

摘要

分工是人类劳动的社会存在形式,体现了劳动方式从低级阶段向高级阶段的发展过程,强有力地改变着人们的生产和生活方式。厘清分工在对人的发展、国民性的形成过程中的双重影响,对于更加准确地认识和把握分工以及其所带来的种种效应有重要价值,同时也有助于深化对如何改善和提升国民性的品质、抵御生产机构内部分工可能带来的负面影响的认识。教育具有相对独立性,它在努力地适应分工的同时,有力量以自身特有的功能抵御分工所带来的负面影响,由此塑造出张弛有度、勇于开拓、积极进取、乐观向上的国民性格。但也要认识到,教育是分工影响的放大器,它可能会不自觉地被分工所操控。为此,教育要能够自觉地反思自己的功能。%The concept of national characteristic is currently in development, as well as a rich diversity. Work division which is the existent form of human labor, reflects a progression from a lower to a more advanced stage and effectively changes the way people live. However, some opposite forces may lurk inside it. Therefore, it is of great value on theory and practice to understand various effects of work division to clear up the double-planedness. Meanwhile, it also contributes to know how to improve national quality and resist negative effects originated from the internal division of productive facility. Education is relatively independent. It accommodates the division while withstanding adverse impacts with its own special function. Eventually, it shapes brave, aggressive and optimistic characteristics of nationality. Nevertheless, people should recognize that education is the amplifier of divisions, which may be manipulated by it involuntarily. So education should rethink its own function consciously.
