特殊儿童随班就读的问题与反思r——基于S小学的个案研究

     

摘要

随班就读作为特殊教育的主要方式之一,以残疾儿童为主要对象,使特殊儿童获得了公平的教育机会.然而,普通学校里存在的没有被证明的特殊儿童,却给学校教育带来了极大困扰.准确判断随班就读的特殊儿童,有助于随班就读工作的有效开展,进而促进教育公平的实现,教育效率的提高.认定随班就读特殊儿童的关键在于教育行政部门对政策的引领和制定、特殊儿童及其家长对政策的认可和执行、学校及社会对政策的执行和落实.%Learning in regular class, as the main way of special education, targeted disabled children, enables the special children to get the fairest educational chance. However, in ordinary school, the special children that are not identified disabled bother the school education greatly. Making accurate judgment will contribute to effective development of learning in regular class, then proceed to the realization of fair education and promote the efficiency of education. The keys of identifying special children of learning in regular class are the following aspects: the guidance and establishment of education administration departments, the recognition and enforcement from special children and their parents, the implement and commitment of school and society to the policy.
