英国高等教育经费结构的变化及启示

摘要

Due to the financial crisis, political reform by coalition government and the development of higher education, some changes appear in the fund structure of UK higher education since 2010. That is to say, fund from Higher Education Funding Council has been sharply reduced, the tuition fees rapidly risen, while the school-enterprise cooperation funds and endowment income remained stable. The reform of UK brings a plenty of beneficial enlightenments about how to develop more funds-raising channels, how to keep the income structure being optimized, and how to recognize and deal with new problems.%受金融危机、两党联合政府的政治行政改革及高等教育发展等因素的影响，以2010年以界，英国高等教育的经费来源中高等教育基金委员会的拨款总额锐减、学费收入急剧攀升，但校企合作经费和社会捐赠保持稳定。英国高等教育经费结构的变革，在如何多元开源、保持经费来源结构优化、发现并应对因经费结构变化而引发的新问题等方面，带来了诸多有益的启示。
