网络教育资源为什么存在“数字废墟”--中国网络教育资源建设之难点剖析

     

摘要

The so-called "digital ruins", refers to the low efficiency and poor effect of the utilization of network education resources. The current network resources construction model used in China is unplanned, being unaware of the real needs of the market. Districts and schools, act independently in network resources construction, which leads to the unreasonable distribution and low-level redundant construction of resources. As for the education itself, there are several factors behind the low efficiency of the utilization of network education resources. Firstly, the traditional teaching mode adopted in our country, does not require students to use the network and digital resources too much;secondly, too much information and its fast updates in the network, causes the rapid transfer of students' interest and attention. Therefore, the national and provincial education sectors need to design from the macro level for the network education resources construction. And around the core curriculum, the supporting education resources should be built, adhering to the principle of fewer but better. Particularly in the Network Age, the micro lessons or micro video, suitable for the network especially mobile phones, should be encouraged to build;and the teaching resources for personalized individual learning should be constructed to establish a personalized knowledge system.%所谓“数字废墟”现象,是指网络教育资源建设存在的资源利用率低、使用效果不佳的状况。目前我国网络资源建设的模式,既无计划,也不了解市场的真正需求。地区和学校条块分割、各自为政,导致资源分布极不合理,低水平重复建设现象十分严重。从教育本身来说,网络教育资源利用率低的深层原因,一是我国大部分教学仍然采取传统的教学模式,这种教学模式不需要学生过多地使用网络和数字资源;二是网络信息太多且信息更新快,导致学生兴趣和注意力的快速转移。因此,需要国家和省一级教育部门进行顶层设计,围绕核心性课程,建设少而精的配套教育资源。网络时代应大力建设适合网络尤其是手机播放的微课或微视频,建设适合个性化个别化教学需求的教学资源,构建个性化知识体系。
