ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的免疫调节功能研究进展

     

摘要

ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)是重要的营养组成成分,对免疫细胞的增殖、T细胞和自然杀伤细胞的活化、细胞因子的产生及免疫应答具有不同的调节作用,其免疫调节的可能机制包括PUFAs对细胞膜脂质成分的改变、对细胞内信号转导通路及基因表达的影响、对细胞凋亡的诱导以及对类花生酸类物质代谢的影响等.ω-3 PUFAs在临床多种疾病中有很好的应用前景.%ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs) are important components of nutrition,which have different functions in the regulation of the proliferation of immune cells,the activation of T cells and natural killer cells,the production of cytokine and immune responses.The possible mechanisms of their immune regulation include the changes of membrane lipid composition,the influence on intracellular signal transduction pathway and gene expression,induction of apoptosis,as well as the influence on metabolism of peanut acid substance,and so on.ω-3 PUFAs have very good application prospects in many clinical diseases.
