基因组医学与临床医学研究进展

摘要

随着近代基因工程疫苗的成熟，人类胚胎干细胞克隆用于疾病治疗，基因芯片诊断技术服务临床，尤其是人类基因组计划的提前完成。这些具有划时代意义的重大科技成果，不仅预示着生命科学世纪的来临，而且也悄然把我们引进了“基因组医学”时代。本文就基因组医学与临床医学关系研究进展做以研究。%With the maturity of modern genetic engineering vaccines, human embryonic stem cell cloning for disease therapy, gene chip technology services in clinical diagnosis, especially early completion of the Human Genome Project. These major scientific and technological achievements of a landmark, not only heralded the advent of life science century, but also quietly ushered us into a“genomic medicine”era.
