丹红注射液对冠心病患者凝血功能的影响分析

摘要

目的探讨静脉滴注丹红注射液对冠心病患者凝血功能的影响。方法将2011年1月～2012年1月我院收治的600例冠心病患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各300例。对照组采用常规法进行治疗，观察组在此基础上使用丹红注射液治疗。收集各组数据，统计分析凝血功能。结果治疗后，治疗组的纤维蛋白原与C组比较有高度显著性差异，P＜0．01。结论静脉滴注丹红注射液能明显改善冠心病患者的改善凝血功能，疗效明显，值得推广。%Objective To investigate the intravenous drip of Danhong Injection on coagulation function of pa-tients with coronary artery disease effect .Methods From January 1,2011 to January 1,2012 in 600 patients with coronary heart disease , were randomly divided into two groups , the treatment group and the control group with 300 cases in each group .The control group was treated with routine treatment for coronary heart disease ,the treatment group was based on combined with Danhong injection ,a 20 ml added sodium chloride injection intravenous infusion of 100 ml,two times a day,4 week for 1 sessions;each data collection,statisti-cal analysis of blood coagulation function .Results After treatment ,the treatment group of fibrinogen and C groups have significant difference ,P<0.0l.Conclusions Intravenous infusion of Danhong Injection on cor-onary heart disease patients have obvious improvement of coagulation function,obvious curative effect,is worth popularizing.
