s: Objective To explore and analyze the effect of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of severe congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods 55 cases of patients with severe congestive heart failure hospitalized from May 2013 to May 2014 as the research objects, they were random-ly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of control group were given con-ventional treatment ,while on the basis of routine therapy, patients of the treatment group patients were used sodium nitrate, clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%, while the total effective rate of control group was 76.00%,it was significantly lower than that of treatment group , the difference had sta-tistical significance(P<0.05);Heart rates of patients of two groups after treatment were significant-ly improved than before treatment , the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05);There was no significant difference between LEVF value of patients of two groups before treatment , LEVF value of treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group , the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Using the sodium nitroprusside to treat the patients with severe congestive heart failure, its clinical effect is significant, it is worth of promoting and using .%目的：探究并分析运用硝普钠治疗重症充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法选择2013年5月～2014年5月于本院就诊的55例重症充血性心力衰竭患者为研究的主要对象，将其随机分成治疗组和对照组两组。给予对照组患者常规治疗，而治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上运用硝普钠，观察比较两组治疗的效果。结果治疗组治疗的总有效率为90.00%，对照组治疗的总有效率为76.00%，显著低于治疗组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者心率较治疗前均显著改善，差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前LEVF值间无显著差异，治疗后治疗组LEVF值显著优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对CHF患者运用硝普钠治疗的临床效果十分显著，值得推广使用。
