金莲清热泡腾片治疗小儿手足口病轻症的治疗效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jinlianqingre effervescent tablets in the treatment of children with mild HFMD. Methods Clinical data of 30 patients from July 2012 to July 2013 admitted in our hospital was retrospectivly analyzed. They were divided into control group and observation group. Control group was given conventional antiviral drugs treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation was treated with Jinlianqingre effervescent. Then therapeutic effect of the two groups was comparatively analyzed. Results Defervescence time, fades, oral cavity ulcer healing time and hospital stay time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group. Compared whole body treatment of two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Jinlianqingre effervescent tablets in the treatment of mild HFMD, can effectively control cases, short the progression of HFMD.%目的：分析金莲清热泡腾片治疗小儿手足口病轻症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2012年7月～2013年7月收治的30例患儿的临床资料，将其平均分成对照组和观察组两组，给予对照组患儿服用常规的抗病毒药物治疗，给予观察组患儿在此基础上加用金莲清热泡腾片治疗，比较分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的退热时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间以及住院时间明显比对照组患儿短，两组患儿整体体治疗效果相比，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用金莲清热泡腾片治疗小儿手足口病轻症，能够可有效地控制患儿病情，缩短手足口病的病程。
