九型人格护理模式对脊柱手术患者满意度的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the influence of the Enneagram care model on the patients with spinal surgery.Methods A total of 1000 spinal surgery patients were selected from July 2014 to July 2015,then devided them randomly into the intervention group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given the usual care mode,while patients in the intervention group increased enneagram care in on the basis of routine care.Results Compared to the patients in the control group,patients in the intervention group got significantlylower scores in the SAS,SDS;reached significantly higher score in satisfaction questionnaire (P<0.05). Conclusion Enneagram care model can effectively reduce the negative emotions in patients sfter their spinalsurgery,increased their satisfaction.%目的：分析九型人格护理模式对脊柱手术患者的影响。方法选取2014年7月~2015年7月行脊柱手术病例1000例，将其随机分成干预组和对照组。对照组患者采取常规护理模式，干预组患者在常规护理的基础上增加九型人格护理。结果与对照组患者相比，干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁得分较低，护理满意度较高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九型人格护理模式可有效降低脊柱手术患者术后的不良情绪，增加患者的护理满意度。
