新型飞行模拟器六自由运动系统结构研究

         

摘要

six degree of freedom ( six DOF) motion system is the important element of the flight simulator. Based on the structure of traditional Stewart six DOF motion system, a new structural mode of flight simulator supported by pneumatic equipment and driven by electronic equipment is presented. This mode can increase the load of motion system and reduce the load of the driving system effectively, which can increase the safety of the system and provide a new way to realize the technology required by the six DOF motion system of large airplane flight simulator. Based on the platform of ADAMS, the new sample six DOF motion simulator is built. Combined with the requirement of flight simulator, the curves of driving force, travel range and motion speed are gained by dynamic simulating, analyzing DOF, structural motion and dynamics, which provides basis for design and manufacturing of six DOF motion platform.%新型大负载飞行模拟器六自由度运动系统是根据大型飞机飞行模拟器的特点,结合传统Stewart六自由度运动系统结构,提出的一种由气动单元提供支撑力、驱动单元提供驱动力的新型六自由度运动系统.它能在有效地提高运动系统承载能力的同时降低驱动单元的负载,使系统安全性得到了大幅度提高,为满足大型飞机飞行模拟器六自由运动系统要求提供了一条新的技术实现途径.在ADAMS平台上建立新型电动六自由度运动系统虚拟样机,结合飞行模拟器系统要求,通过对系统进行动态仿真、自由度分析、结构运动学和动力学分析.得到各驱动单元、气支撑单元以及各铰链在不同运动状态下的驱动力、行程范围、运动速度等特性曲线,为整个运动系统的设计与制造提供依据.
