飞控计算机导通绝缘测试方法探索与实践

         

摘要

阐述了传统的采用手工进行飞控计算机导通检查和绝缘测试,存在的操作过程繁琐,容易引起错操、漏操和容易造成飞控计算机电缆插座损坏的问题.提出了基于波段开关特点和测试接口优化设计的测试方法改进总体思路和方案,介绍了2个典型的信号控制和机内测试(built-intest,BIT)设计电路创新和导通绝缘测试仪研制实现情况,经验证,简化了测试操作流程,提高了操作安全性和检测效率约4.5倍.%The problems including tedious and expatiatory process,operational fallibility,easily mangling the electrical connection outlets of the aerocraft computer,and the connectivity and insulation resistance test through traditional manual one by one testing mode for the aerocraft computer are expounded.Total design thinking and scheme are put forward about improved testing methods according to characteristics of the wave-band switch and the optimized design of testing port.Two typical circuit innovations about the design of signal control and built-in-test (BIT) circuit and the design of conduction & insulation testing-instrument are introduced.It is proved that the equipment can resolve troubles of the aerocraft computer's users by their applied validation.It is validated that the operation flow is predigested,the operation security is enhanced,and the testing efficiency is about 4.5 times higher than before.
